Shipping Policy

Delivery Coverage

We deliver throughout Lebanon.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Our working days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, or unforeseen delays.

Delivery Fees

A flat delivery fee of USD 4 applies to orders of USD 30 or less. Orders over USD 30 qualify for free delivery.

Payment on Delivery

We accept cash on delivery only, payable in US dollars or Lebanese lira. Please have payment ready when your order arrives.

Delivery Coordination

The courier will contact you via WhatsApp to coordinate delivery. Please provide a complete delivery address and an active WhatsApp number at checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Assistance

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or you need assistance with delivery, email buyminimalistic.lb@gmail.com and include your order number.
